As COO of Mine & Yours, I helped drive 3x revenue growth in just over two years, opening new stores, improving margins, and building a leadership team that could actually run the business. 

Before that, I spent 14 years at lululemon learning how to operate at scale; growing teams from 30 to 250, leading digital and retail strategy, and supporting thousands of employees across North America. 

I’m not a traditional consultant, I work inside the business. Cutting through noise, building structure, and helping founders turn big vision into something that actually runs.

Today, I partner with founder-led companies as a Fractional COO to bring clarity, momentum, and strong teams to the next stage of growth.
